This hotel is just across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, so it's very convenient for train travelers. Easy to get to the city center too. The location is quiet for good sleeping. The staff speaks English which was important for me, and they made me feel "at home" in the hotel. The place is very clean and well kept. The buffet breakfast is excellent and available early for anyone needing early departure.
It would have been better if face cloths were provided in the bathroom.

Location, close to the main train station and just over the road from the walled town. The staff were very helpful with bus and train timetables, even printing out schedules for me. Nice simple hotel.
Breakfast was poor - small cereal selection, no hot food that I saw, no toaster.

Proximity to HBF and quite room location.
Breakfast, need to have more items and various options. Bathroom / toilets size is small and floor gets wet quickly. Found the cleanliness of the towels are not adequate - needs to be better cleaned.

We were greeted warmly upon checking in and the woman at the desk took time to explain the sights we were interested in and show us the locations on a map. The room was clean and pleasant and the breakfast was very nice. Would certainly stay there again.
Free Wifi would have been a nice touch.

We loved this hotel, a pity we only stayed one night, would loved to have stayed longer. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the selection of the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Felt like we were in a 5 star hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We encountered some problems with returning our rental car due to a public holiday and had to send faxes to the rental car company and leave the car keys with reception. The staff were very happy to assist us with this. The location was fabulous, just 5 minutes walk to train station and shopping. I would highly recommend this hotel.

you just crossed a street from the train station to reach the hotel.we used the underground passage from the station to reach the old town.location was very good.it was very quiet as though there was no one around.very close to police quarters too.always hot water running, towels being changed everyday.
breakfast was average but the cups they used were worn our s/times i had to change my cup because it had black cracks in the bottom. in the evenings when we entered the hotel there would be no one at the reception.you had to ring the bell to see s/one. one day we found a screw driver in our room and the next an invoice for some other guest. towels were hung between the sink and wall touching either the sink or the heater. elevator was under renovation.we were on first floor and i think they were trying to reserve everybody there.

Very good hotel close to the main railway station and the Old Town, but still in a quiet location. Very nice breakfast. The Nürnberger sausages were extremely good. We had a two-storey room for three people - very nice!
We disliked nothing whatsoever.

A Well located hotel within a 150 m from the main train station at Nurnberg. It is a family run hotel which is really well managed. Excellent and friendly staff, clean rooms, toilets and good wi fi (though charged separately). Breakfast was average with limited choice. Location is very quiet and peaceful despite being next to the train station. All the majot attractions are within walking distance - more so the old city!! It was a comfortable stay overall.

Location was very convenient for railway station, just turn left and cross the road. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.
Single room was microscopic. Hotel staff reminded me of Fawlty Towers! On one occasion the manager/owner was lying on the floor behind the desk!

The location, half a block from the Bahnhof, was just what we needed. It was still close enough to the Markt and the Aldstadt to be convenient to them.

Central location, polite staff and close to railway without the sound of trains disturbing pleasure of stay.
